IT IS A PROCESS
PROCMP® is a process. It is not a simple “Tool
box” but a sequence of precise and progressive actions which, if followed, will
allow change to be effectively driven.
Suitable for technical and organizational changes

PROMCP® is a project manager’s ideal tool,
because PROCMP® works perfectly with the management of the project. But PROCMP®
is also a method which enables organizational
changes to be made (restructuring, new procedures) as well as changes to
company policy (commercial policy, establishment of values…)
ANYONE CAN USE ITChange management requires the setting to music
of communication, workshops, coaching, training, discipline, support, etc. each
of which is a specialty in its own right. PROCMP® has codified what we need to
know and do at every stage of the project in order to allow anyone to drive
change in their own area of responsibility. Since the methodology is clear,
natural and based on common sense, everyone can use it. The subject is made
simple without being simplistic.
INTENDED TO CHANGE THE HABITS OF GROUPS OF PEOPLEWhilst the methodology can be used to drive
individual change, PROCMP® is, above all, intended to change groups of
individuals (departments, companies, communities, etc.). Thus it is a business
tool.

PRAGMATIC
Some
tools have proved themselves in other contexts such as industrial excellence,
sales, marketing or teaching. These are proven tools used in a particular
context.
USEFUL THROUGHOUT THE CHANGE PROCESS
Change management begins when change is announced and ends when that change has become widely accepted. It goes well beyond the classic duration of a project in which change really begins once the project manager has finished his mission.
PROVIDES BENCHMARKS
By giving a clear framework, PROCMP® turns
change management from an art into a method. Everyone can know and understand
where they are in the process and what remains to be done. This creates a
roadmap and a tool for dialogue between all of those affected by the change
(management, HR, project manager…) which will be used to coordinate the
necessary actions.
